We’re working with one of the UK’s most iconic 5-star country house hotels as they look to appoint a Bar & Lounge Manager to lead one of their most elegant and guest-focused spaces. With a reputation for refined service and beautifully curated experiences, this is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile bar and lounge within a truly luxurious setting.
This role will see you overseeing a talented team while shaping a bar offering that blends classic sophistication with modern trends. From relaxed daytime service through to evening cocktails, you’ll play a key role in delivering memorable guest experiences at every touchpoint.

- £36,000 to £39,000 per annum plus circa £11,000 service charge
- Up to 10% yearly performance-related bonus
- Live in accommodation available
- Working 48 hours per week over 5 days

Responsibilities as the Bar & Lounge Manager…
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the bar and lounge, ensuring seamless, high-quality service
- Leading, motivating, and developing your team to consistently deliver 5-star standards
- Managing rotas in line with business levels while maintaining an efficient and well-supported team
- Driving the bar offering forward, keeping up with trends and enhancing the overall guest experience
- Maintaining exceptional standards across service, presentation, hygiene, and guest care, always going above and beyond
This role would suit an experienced Bar Manager or a strong Assistant Bar & Lounge Manager ready to step up within a luxury environment where attention to detail and guest experience are everything.
