You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, large-scale dining experiences while maintaining the hotel’s exceptional culinary standards.
Due to the hotel’s location, having your own transport is essential.

Responsibilities as the Banqueting Sous Chef…
- Supporting the Head Chef in the banqueting kitchen, ensuring seamless preparation and execution of large-scale events.
- Leading and mentoring a dedicated team to produce exceptional dishes for weddings, corporate functions, and special occasions.
- Overseeing food preparation, quality control, and presentation to ensure every dish meets the hotel’s high standards.
- Collaborating with suppliers and the kitchen team to source the best seasonal ingredients and create impressive event menus.
- Upholding strict hygiene, health, and safety regulations within the kitchen.
