Are you a hospitality professional with a passion for excellence? We’re looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the seamless running of this Luxury Lifestyle Village in Wiltshire. You’ll lead the Food & Beverage, Events, and Residents Service teams, ensuring an outstanding guest/ resident experience in a high-end environment.
Reporting to the General Manager, your leadership will be key in developing the front-of-house team, delivering a premium dining experience, and driving the success of this unique resort.

What you’ll bring to the role:
- Experience in luxury hotel food & beverage operations or a similar high-end hospitality environments.
- Proven leadership skills in team development, recruitment, and training.
- A passion for creating a seamless guest experience, from Concierge to Reception and beyond.
- Strong organisational skills to manage rotas, budgets, and events.
- A proactive, hands-on approach, stepping in as Duty Manager when needed.
