You will be delving into the world of light lunches, afternoon teas, all-day dining, and weddings and events.
Ideally, you will have experience working in branded hotels.

Responsibilities as the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager…
- Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple F&B outlets throughout the hotel, including weddings and events.
- Implementing innovative strategies to increase the quality and meet and exceed guest expectations.
- Ensuring optimum profitability and maintaining the financial control of the F&B outlets.
- Encouraging seamless guest service, using 5-star communication skills, your attention to detail and commitment to exceptional standards.
- Building positive working relationships with all other departments.
