Tom Booton is stepping down as Executive Chef of The Grill by Tom Booton at The Dorchester later this August, marking the end of an impressive six-year chapter.

Tom first joined the restaurant, then known as The Grill at The Dorchester, in 2019 at just 26 years old, becoming the youngest Head Chef in the restaurant’s history. His modern approach and leadership quickly earned recognition within London’s fine dining scene.🏵️🏵️🏵️

In 2023, the restaurant was relaunched as The Grill by Tom Booton following a full refurbishment and new menu direction.

Before his time at The Dorchester, Tom held the role of Head Chef at the Michelin-starred lAlyn Williams at The Westbury, where he further honed his modern British style.🍽️🌟

Tom’s departure closes a significant chapter at The Dorchester. His next move hasn’t been announced yet, but there’s no doubt it will be one to watch.👀✨
