This is an excellent opportunity for a chef with hotel experience to step into a senior role within a refined, fast-paced environment that blends banqueting excellence with elevated restaurant dining.

- £38,610 per annum plus £3,000 service charge

Responsibilities as the Sous Chef…
- Supporting the Head Chef in managing the daily operations of the kitchen
- Overseeing restaurant service, banqueting and events to ensure exceptional quality and presentation
- Leading and motivating the team to deliver consistent high standards
- Assisting with menu creation, stock management and maintaining GP targets
- Upholding food safety, hygiene and compliance across all sections
We’re looking for someone who…
- Has proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef within a luxury hotel environment
- Is confident working across multiple outlets, including restaurant, banqueting and events
- Brings creativity, organisation and a calm, hands-on approach
- Takes pride in mentoring and inspiring junior chefs
- Thrives under pressure while maintaining impeccable standards
