Responsibilities as a Sous Chef…
- Crafting a selection of modern British dishes for up to 48 covers and banquets for up to 100 people
- Going above and beyond to perfect your skillset as the team pushes for further accolades
- Making the most of the hotel’s access to fresh, locally sourced ingredients
- Showcasing high-quality communication skills and passing on your culinary expertise to the more junior chefs in the brigade
Working as part of an award-winning team, you will create a selection of 3 Rosette standard, classic British dishes with modern twists.
