We’re working with a prestigious, award-winning country house hotel in Wiltshire that operates a Michelin-starred restaurant alongside weddings, events and high-end in-room dining. With all food produced from one kitchen and delivered by a brigade of 16 chefs, this is a fast-paced yet quality-driven environment.
They are now looking for a confident Sous Chef to support the senior leadership team and help maintain exceptional culinary standards across all areas of the operation.

- £38,000 per annum plus £3,000 to £4,000 service charge

Responsibilities as the Sous Chef…
- Supporting the Senior Sous Chef and Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Leading sections during service and ensuring dishes are delivered to specification
- Supervising and developing junior members of the brigade
- Maintaining high standards of presentation, flavour and consistency
- Assisting with stock management, ordering and cost control
- Upholding excellent hygiene and compliance standards
This role would suit a strong Sous Chef from a high-quality, Rosette-level background who thrives in a structured brigade and enjoys delivering excellence across multiple revenue streams.
