- £43,000 to £45,000 per annum
- Working alongside a highly skilled team of up to 10 chefs

Responsibilities as the Sous Chef…
- Creating a variety of flavoursome Mexican dishes for up to 1300 covers per week
- Making the most of the restaurant’s access to fresh ingredients
- Passing on your culinary knowledge and expertise to the team
- Ensuring a consistently high quality of dishes is being produced
This all-day dining restaurant is renowned for its exceptional Mexican dishes, serving up to 1,300 guests each week. They are looking for a passionate Sous Chef to support the Head Chef as second-in-command, working alongside a team of 8 to 10 to maintain high standards and create a positive kitchen environment.
