We are so excited to be collaborating with a brand new British bistro which recently opened in the heart of London. Part of a prestigious group which is owned by a highly acclaimed restauranteur, they are looking for a highly skilled Sous Chef to join their growing kitchen brigade of 16 ASAP.

- £32,500 per annum plus circa £12,500 service charge = up to a £45,000 package
- Working 48 hours per week

Responsibilities as a Sous Chef…
- Creating a variety of high-quality, seasonal British dishes for up to 210 covers a day
- Assisting the Head Chef in managing and motivating the kitchen brigade
- Showcasing your culinary expertise and passing on invaluable knowledge
- Going above and beyond to ensure all dishes are of a consistent top-quality
The restaurant offers a stylish, seasonal menu of British dishes with a strong focus on flavour. As Sous Chef, you’ll be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes for up to 210 covers daily, fostering a positive working environment in the kitchen, and sharing your culinary knowledge with the team.
