With a kitchen team of over 20 skilled chefs, they are now seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support in leading their talented brigade.

Responsibilities as a Sous Chef…
- Assisting the Head Chef in managing day-to-day kitchen operations
- Overseeing service for both restaurant and event dining
- Supporting with menu development and seasonal specials
- Coaching and inspiring junior chefs within the brigade
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene
