Goldenkeys Recruitment is working with a prestigious luxury country estate hotel looking to appoint a Sous Banqueting Chef to support the delivery of elegant weddings, private dining experiences, and exclusive events.
This is not conference-style volume catering.
You’ll be producing Rosette-level, plated dining for 100–200+ cover weddings and VIP private functions – working with fresh, seasonal ingredients in a structured, supportive brigade.
Due to the location of the hotel, you must have your own transport.
What We’re Looking For…
- Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef ready for a step up, someone with 1/ 2 rosette experience
- Experience in plated banqueting or high-volume fresh food service
- Confident in leading services in a fast-paced kitchen
- Passionate about quality, consistency & presentation
- A natural team leader who enjoys mentoring junior chefs
- Background within a 4 star/5 star hotel or events-led venue would be ideal

Your Role…
- Deliver high-end plated wedding breakfasts & private events
- Support the smooth running of large-scale banqueting services
- Assist with seasonal menu development
- Maintain exceptional food & hygiene standards
- Train & mentor junior members of the brigade
