You will need experience working in a luxury hotel and your own mode of transportation due to the location of the hotel.

Responsibilities as a Sommelier…
- Ensuring spectacular wine service in the restaurant at all times
- Overseeing the restaurant’s premium wine list and using your knowledge of wine to create the perfect pairing for dishes served in the restaurant
- Helping and advising guests with their wine and after-dinner drink choices
- Maintaining, replenishing and cleaning all wine service areas to ensure efficient service
