We are so excited to be working with a private 40m Motor Yacht that is currently located in Italy. The Classic Yacht, which recently underwent an extensive refit, has plans to spend the summer cruising the Med before another refit next winter. They are looking for a passionate full-time Sole Chef to join their crew in mid-March.
As the Sole Chef, you will work independently in the galley to produce a variety of high-quality dishes. This is an unmissable opportunity to explore new flavour combinations and ingredients, showcase your culinary skill set and gain invaluable yachting experience.
The boat is open to established couples applying.

- Producing a wide variety of dishes

The Individual:
- You will be an experienced Sole Chef that has previously worked on a similar size Motor Yacht
- You will enjoy working independently and be very self-motivated
- You will be open to exploring new flavour combinations and ingredients
