Responsibilities as the Senior Sous Chef…
- Supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Leading the team during service and ensuring a smooth, efficient operation

- Assisting with menu development, focusing on seasonal and locally sourced ingredients
- Training and mentoring junior chefs within the brigade
