We are so pleased to be assisting a brand new opening gastropub which is set in a quaint village in the Cotswolds. Part of an award-winning group where each of their stunning properties has its own unique identity, they are looking for an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join their growing team.

  • £36,855 per annum plus up to £4,600 service charge
  • Working 45 hours per week plus paid overtime

Responsibilities as the Senior Sous Chef…

  • Creating a variety of flavour-focused dishes from the gastropub’s seasonal menu
  • Making the most of the gastropub’s access to fresh and locally sourced produce
  • Passing on your culinary knowledge and expertise to more junior chefs
  • Using your key attention to detail to ensure all your dishes are of a consistently high quality
  • Taking advantage of the group’s training and development opportunities
