We are delighted to be assisting a brand new opening luxury wedding and events venue set in Sussex. Opening in April, they are looking for a charismatic Sales & Venue Co-ordinator to orchestrate the operational side of a variety of truly unique events.

You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as the Sales & Venue Co-ordinator…

  • £30,000 to £35,000 per annum (DOE)
  • Working 45 hours over 5 days, inclusive of weekends
  • 28 days of holiday, inclusive of bank holidays

Responsibilities as the Sales & Venue Co-ordinator…

  • Providing unforgettable customer experience from the first point of enquiry to the delivery of the event
  • Hosting show rounds to potential clients and showcasing good product knowledge of the facilities and services
  • Working closely with the team in following up all enquiries, chasing deposits, terms and conditions, and provisional bookings
  • Working closely with clients to make their visions a reality through high-quality weddings and event planning
  • Proactively seeking new sales leads and seeing them through to bookings, including managing enquires and bookings

From stylish brand takeovers to chic corporate stays and beautiful weddings, you’ll bring prior experience from the realm of luxury Hospitality to wow both clients and their guests with consistently spectacular events.
