Responsibilities as the Retail Manager…
- Leading and inspiring the retail teams across the hotel’s multiple high-end outlets
- Ensuring all retail areas are commercially effective and visually impeccable
- Managing stock levels, product selection, and seasonal planning
- Supporting the team’s training, motivation, and performance
- Collaborating with senior leadership to align retail with the wider guest experience
