Home to an elegant all-day dining restaurant and an exceptional afternoon tea offering, this is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader who is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences. You’ll be a visible presence on the floor, building relationships with guests, supporting your team and ensuring every service is delivered to the highest standard.

- Lead the day-to-day operation of a luxury all-day dining venue and afternoon tea service
- Deliver consistently exceptional guest experiences through a visible and hands-on management style
- Build strong relationships with guests, ensuring personalised service and effective table visits
- Handle guest feedback and service recovery with professionalism and care
- Inspire, coach and develop a high-performing front of house team

- Previous management experience within luxury hotels
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding hospitality
- Warm, personable and confident engaging with discerning guests
- A natural leader who enjoys coaching and developing teams
- Experienced in handling guest feedback and table recovery with professionalism
