Working alongside a Michelin-trained Head Chef, you’ll have the opportunity to inspire a passionate team, refine service standards, and play a key role in shaping the next chapter of this ambitious and beautifully restored restaurant.

- £45,000 to £50,000 per annum
- Live-in accommodation available (£100 per week)
- Leading a newly transformed restaurant with fresh décor and strong ambitions

Responsibilities as the Restaurant Manager…
- Taking full ownership of the restaurant’s operation: guest service, team leadership, and day-to-day performance
- Driving service excellence in a refined, luxury environment
- Supporting menu launches and collaborating closely with the Head Chef on guest experience and culinary standards
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of dining service, ambience, standards and processes
- Exhibiting strong commercial awareness, guest expectation management and operational leadership
