We are seeking a Restaurant Manager with presence, polish, and personality to lead the restaurant, while also overseeing private dining and in-room dining service.

Responsibilities as the Restaurant Manager…
- Leading and inspiring a team of 26 within a Michelin-starred environment
- Setting the standard for refined, guest-focused service across all outlets
- Overseeing the Michelin-star restaurant, private dining rooms, and in-room dining operations
- Partnering closely with the kitchen and senior leadership to ensure flawless execution
We are looking for someone with strong Michelin or equivalent fine dining experience. You must have the confidence to work a room, build relationships with guests, and deliver refined service with warmth.
Charm and personality are essential. This is luxury hospitality that feels personal, not corporate.
