What You’ll Do
- Lead from the front: set service standards and create unforgettable guest moments
- Build & coach a high-performing FOH team (and work closely with BOH and the owners)
- Run the floor & the numbers: rota, stock, suppliers, budgets and KPIs
- Grow sales through sharp execution, smart planning and local marketing
- Hire, train, develop — you’ll create a place people love to work
Who You Are
- Current Restaurant Manager or strong Assistant Manager from a busy, quality-led brand
- Hands-on leader with exceptional people skills and a passion for hospitality
- Commercially sharp: confident with budgets, costs and targets
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends during peak trading
The Role
Full-time, Bristol city location. Independent group with national ambitions.
