Our client is a truly wonderful 2 Rosette restaurant located in the beautiful Wiltshire countryside. They are currently looking for a passionate Restaurant Manager to help grow their restaurant team and guide them to success.
You will ideally have experience working at Rosetted establishments but this is not essential.

- £35,000 per annum plus gratuities on top

Responsibilities as the Restaurant Manager…
- Taking a hands-on approach to leading and managing the restaurant team
- Monitoring your team’s performance and conducting regular high-quality training
- Being proactive by developing and implementing strategies to enhance guests’ dining experiences
- Overseeing day-to-day operations of the restaurant and taking ownership of budgets, stock and equipment
- Showcasing fantastic planning and organisational skills
