Responsibilities as the Restaurant Manager…
- Managing the day-to-day operations of a 1 Rosette restaurant, delivering polished, professional service
- Leading and mentoring a passionate front-of-house team
- Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Maintaining the highest standards across service, presentation, and guest engagement
- Managing bookings, rotas, and training programmes
- Driving revenue through excellent service and attention to detail
