- £32,000 to £35,000 per annum plus £2,500 service charge

Responsibilities as the Restaurant and Bar Manager…
- Coordinating the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that kitchen, bar and waiting staff are working to the very best standard
- Taking responsibility for the performance of the restaurant and bar
- Helping shape menu offerings, culinary events and wine list
- Ensuring high levels of services are consistently delivered in the most efficient way
- Encouraging excellence within the restaurant team and monitoring their performance
