We are an independent luxury Hospitality, Private Household and Yachting Recruitment Agency located in Wiltshire. After a flying start to 2024, we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant who is hungry for success to join our closeknit team of 5.
With an impressive portfolio of super exclusive clients, from Michelin Starred restaurants and 5-star hotels to UHNW families and superyachts – we aren’t just an ordinary recruitment agency!

Who you are:
We are open to what we are looking for, the biggest thing for us is a culture fit.
Ideally, you will have at least 6 months of Hospitality Recruitment experience, or similar. We can offer brilliant training for someone who needs it or the tools to excel if you are a seasoned biller.
If you have recruitment experience and LOVE Hospitality, then please apply. If you have no recruitment experience but have worked in luxury Hospitality then please apply.
If you have experience billing £100,000+ a year, we would love to help you make that even higher.
You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as a Recruitment Consultant…
- £35,000 – £50,000 OTE (Depending on experience and billing history)
- Salary £22,308 to £28,000 (Depending on experience and billing history) + Commission + Quarterly & Christmas Bonus
- Uncapped Commission 10% to 20%
