We are thrilled to be supporting one of London’s most prestigious 5-star hotels in their search for a Plant Shift Engineer. This iconic property is seeking a dedicated professional to keep its exceptional hotel running at its very best.
In this role, you’ll spend much of your time in the plant rooms, taking responsibility for the technical heart of the hotel, including systems and swimming pools, ensuring everything behind the scenes operates seamlessly for guests.

- £44,177 per annum plus minimum £2,500 service charge

Responsibilities as a Plant Shift Engineer…
- Conduct planned preventative inspections of all plant rooms, boiler house and swimming pools to the highest standard
- Monitor and maintain hotel systems, ensuring electrical, plumbing and equipment are always in good working order
- Highlight any faults, safety risks or defects to the Assistant Chief Engineer
- Support the hotel’s vision to remain flawlessly maintained
- Deliver a responsive service to guests requiring assistance during their stay
