In this role, you’ll craft exceptional pastries served across the hotel, from elegant afternoon teas to fine dining and high-profile events. Working closely with the Head Pastry Chef, you’ll ensure flawless execution, impeccable presentation, and the highest food safety standards, maintaining the hotel’s reputation for excellence.

- £45,000 per annum plus circa £3,000 service charge

- Supporting and inspiring the pastry team to deliver world-class desserts
- Creating innovative, seasonal pastry menus that showcase the finest ingredients
- Ensuring precision in presentation, flavour, and consistency across all dishes
- Coaching and developing the team to maintain smooth and efficient service
- Staying ahead of pastry trends to keep the offering fresh and exciting
