We’re recruiting for a Pastry Chef De Partie to join the pastry brigade of one of the UK’s most prestigious countryside hotels, supporting multiple dining outlets and experiences across the estate.
From elegant restaurant desserts and afternoon tea pastries to bakery items, private dining, and seasonal creations, this role offers a fantastic variety and the chance to strengthen your skills within a highly respected luxury kitchen environment.
Working alongside a talented pastry team, you’ll help produce high-quality desserts and baked goods with a strong focus on seasonality, craftsmanship, and presentation. Ingredients are carefully sourced from the estate’s farm, gardens, and trusted local suppliers, with sustainability and quality sitting at the heart of the kitchen philosophy.

What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as a Pastry Chef De Partie or strong Demi Pastry Chef De Partie
- Passion for high-quality pastry, baking, and dessert presentation
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Calm and organised approach during busy service periods
