They are seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie to bring creativity and precision to their award-winning pastry section, crafting exceptional desserts and baked goods to the highest standards.

  • £33,000 per annum plus £6,000 service charge

Responsibilities as a Pastry Chef De Partie…

  • Preparing and executing an array of high-end pastry dishes to Michelin-star standards
  • Ensuring precision, consistency, and exceptional presentation in every dessert
  • Working closely with senior chefs to develop and refine pastry offerings
  • Maintaining an organised and efficient pastry section
  • Adhering to the highest food hygiene and safety standards
