You must have an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Painting and Decorating.

- £37,000 per annum plus £2,500 service charge
- Share of Resident Gratuity Fund
- Working predominantly Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
- Occasional night and weekend work (2 to 4 times a year)

Responsibilities as the Painter and Decorator…
- Completing a variety of painting and decorating projects
- Carrying out basic DIY tasks
- Maintaining the residence’s high standards of excellence
- Working efficiently to complete all projects in a timely manner
