We are delighted to be assisting an ultra-luxurious 4-star hotel set within a picturesque estate in the Cotswolds. They are looking for a friendly and accommodating Night Supervisor to ensure every guest’s expectations are met and exceeded – no matter the time of night!
You will have experience working in a similar luxurious property and your own mode of transportation due to the location of the hotel.

- £29,328 per annum plus £2,500 service charge

Responsibilities as the Night Supervisor…
- Providing a swift check-in experience for late-arriving guests
- Efficiently resolving any guest issues and answering any questions
- Creating a positive working environment and mentoring the night team to maintain the hotel’s high standards of excellence throughout the night
- Demonstrating initiative and possessing an outstanding eye for detail
- Dealing with any special requests and requirements
