We are recruiting for a Lounge Manager to oversee all-day dining and afternoon tea within a prestigious 5-star hotel in London. This is a high-visibility operation, particularly during afternoon tea and peak weekend services.

Responsibilities as the Lounge Manager…

  • Leading and inspiring a large front-of-house team within a high-profile lounge operation
  • Driving standards across breakfast, all-day dining, and afternoon tea service
  • Upholding precision and composure during busy services
  • Creating a warm, polished, and memorable guest experience through visible floor presence

We’re looking for someone from a strong 5-star or fine dining background who combines structure with personality. You must be comfortable managing a large team while maintaining elegance.

This role suits a manager who enjoys being visible, driving atmosphere, and ensuring guests feel both impressed and completely at ease.
