Set within beautiful countryside grounds in Berkshire, this prestigious property forms part of a globally renowned luxury hotel collection and is known for its outstanding service, exceptional dining and world-class hospitality.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for people development, training and service excellence to play a key role in shaping the learning culture of a leading luxury hotel.
Due to the location of the hotel, you will need your own mode of transport.

- £40,000 per annum plus £5,000 tronc

What you’ll be doing as the Learning & Development Manager…
- Leading the hotel’s learning and development strategy
- Delivering engaging training programmes across all departments
- Supporting managers with coaching, development plans and performance improvement
- Ensuring new starters receive an exceptional onboarding experience
- Monitoring training effectiveness and identifying future development opportunities
What we’re looking for…
- Previous Learning & Development or Training experience within a 4 or 5-star hotel
- A strong understanding of luxury hospitality service standards
- A confident trainer who can inspire and motivate teams
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for developing people and supporting career growth
