We are working with a private 52m Motor Yacht that is currently heading to Dubai. They are looking for a Lead Deckhand to join their exterior team ASAP.
As the Lead Deckhand, you will be responsible for guiding the deck team to success. This will involve delegating tasks and overseeing deck maintenance duties such as cleaning, teak repairs, docking and mooring procedures and watchkeeping.
