They are now looking for a highly organised Kitchen Manager to support the smooth day-to-day running of a busy, high-standard kitchen. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives behind the scenes, ensuring everything is perfectly prepared, structured, and ready for service.
What’s in it for you:
- £33,000 per annum plus £6,600 service charge
- Daytime hours, 9am to 6pm, 45 hours per week

Who you are:
- You’re highly organised with a natural ability to keep things running efficiently
- You have experience in a professional kitchen environment, ideally at a high standard
- You take pride in preparation, structure, and consistency
- You’re calm under pressure and enjoy supporting a busy service from behind the scenes
- You have strong communication skills and work well with chefs and wider teams
What you’ll do:
- Oversee the organisation and preparation of the kitchen to ensure smooth daily operations
- Support stock control, ordering, and supplier coordination
- Ensure all areas are set up and maintained to the highest standards
- Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to support service readiness
- Help maintain a clean, compliant, and well-structured working environment
