We are so excited to be working with a one-of-a-kind hotel group where each of their properties has its own distinct identity. One of their luxurious hotels, located in Hampshire, is seeking a talented Junior Sous Chef to join their team.
The hotel takes pride in the provenance of the dishes it produces. Therefore, you will be creating a variety of seasonal dishes using produce grown in the hotel’s spectacular kitchen garden. Additionally, you will work under an outstanding Head Chef who will help elevate your skill set.
Due to the location of the hotel, you will need your own mode of transport.
