We are delighted to be recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef to join the talented kitchen team at one of our favourite gastropub clients. Set in a picturesque Cotswold village, this charming free house with rooms has built an excellent reputation for serving beautifully presented, seasonal dishes made using exceptional produce.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious chef who is ready to take the next step in their career, working closely with an experienced senior kitchen team whilst developing their leadership skills in a busy, quality-driven environment.
Due to the countryside location of the property, you will need to be able to drive.

- £35,500 per annum plus circa £7,000 to £8,000 service charge

Responsibilities as a Junior Sous Chef…
- Supporting the senior chefs with the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Preparing and delivering beautifully presented dishes across a varied, seasonal menu
- Helping to maintain consistently high standards of food quality, presentation and organisation
- Leading by example and supporting junior members of the brigade during busy services
- Bringing enthusiasm, creativity and a genuine passion for working with quality ingredients

You will be joining a knowledgeable and supportive brigade where you can continue refining your skills, take on greater responsibility and play an important part in delivering the exceptional food this gastropub is known for.
