We are thrilled to be working with a charming, award-winning gastropub located in Devon. Their signature menu combines classic favourites with locally inspired dishes, and they are now looking for a Junior Sous Chef to bring fresh energy to their close-knit kitchen brigade.

- £32,000 per annum plus circa £2,160 service charge and a yearly bonus

Responsibilities as a Junior Sous Chef…
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting a variety of high-quality dishes
- Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in developing menu items, recipes, and new dishes
- Preparing meat and fish to the highest standard
- Assisting in managing food hygiene, health and safety practices
- Training and mentoring more junior chefs while maintaining kitchen and food safety standards
