Responsibilities as a Junior Sous Chef…
- Creating a variety of high-quality dishes that wow guests
- Supporting high-volume wedding services, catering for up to 180 guests
- Bringing creativity and passion to menus, working with fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Maintaining high culinary standards and ensuring consistency in every dish
- Helping to develop junior chefs and supporting the Head and Sous Chefs in daily operations
