- £35,000 per annum plus £6,000 service charge
- Working Wednesday to Sunday, 50 hours per week
- Joining the team at an exciting time as they push for 2 Rosettes
- Creating dishes for a variety of occasions
Responsibilities as a Junior Sous Chef…
- Crafting a variety of unforgettable Modern British dishes
- Passing on your culinary expertise to more junior members of the team
- Maintaining positive working relationships with every member of the team
- Working as effectively as part of a team to ensure consistently high-quality dishes
The restaurant accommodates up to 600 covers per week while also hosting private dining experiences, weddings, and events. This is a truly excellent opportunity to enhance your skills as the team strives to achieve 2 Rosettes.
