We’re recruiting on behalf of an exceptional residential development in Central London, where outstanding service and attention to detail are at the heart of everything they do. They are now seeking a Host to join their team, providing a warm and personalised experience for residents and guests across the development’s exclusive club and luxury amenities.
You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as the Host…
- £32,500 per annum plus Christmas bonus
- 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (first 2 days, 7am to 7pm & second 2 days, 9am to 9pm)
- One-hour break each shift

Responsibilities as the Host…
- Welcoming residents and guests, ensuring a warm, professional and personalised experience
- Assisting with enquiries, reservations and bookings for exclusive amenities, including the spa, pool and business suites
- Ensuring lounges, club spaces and leisure facilities are beautifully presented and maintained to the highest standards
- Anticipating residents’ needs and responding to requests with efficiency, warmth and discretion
- Working closely with concierge, valet and security teams to ensure a seamless experience for residents and their guests
- Assisting with the preparation of club spaces, monitoring supplies and ensuring facilities are ready for residents to enjoy
We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service. This role would suit someone from a luxury hotel, private members’ club, restaurant, airline or other high-end guest-facing background who enjoys being hands-on and creating memorable experiences. You’ll be confident engaging with residents, attentive to the smallest details and comfortable working across a variety of luxury spaces.
