- £45,000 package per annum

Responsibilities as the Head Sommelier…
- Delivering exceptional wine and beverage service, ensuring an impeccable experience for guests at all times
- Guiding and advising guests on their wine and after-dinner drink selections, enhancing their dining experience
- Maintaining and replenishing all wine service areas, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation
- Regularly reviewing and updating the wine list to align with current trends, ensuring it appeals to a diverse clientele
- Sharing your expertise with the sommelier team to cultivate and enhance their wine knowledge and skills
