Their kitchen is led by a highly regarded Executive Chef, and they’re now on the lookout for a Head Pastry Chef to take the reins of their pastry section.
This is a brilliant opportunity to lead a talented pastry team and craft world-class desserts and pastries in a kitchen that champions creativity, seasonality, and precision.
Due to the location of the hotel, you will need your own mode of transport.

- £42,194 per annum plus circa £7,500 service charge
- Working 48 hours per week, 4 days on, 3 days off

Responsibilities as the Head Pastry Chef…
- Leading the pastry kitchen, delivering elegant and exciting desserts across the hotel’s F&B outlets
- Working closely with the Executive Head Chef to develop seasonal menus and creative pastry concepts
- Managing and mentoring a small, passionate pastry team
- Ensuring consistency, precision and quality across all pastry production
- Upholding the highest standards of hygiene, presentation and organisation
- Bringing flair, finesse, and genuine love for pastry to every service
This role would suit a creative, confident Head Pastry Chef (or an experienced Sous Chef ready to step up) with a background in luxury hotels or fine dining environments.
