We’re working with a prestigious 5-star hotel in London, home to a Michelin-starred restaurant alongside an elegant all-day dining and afternoon tea offering. They are now searching for a Head Pastry Chef to take full ownership of pastry across the property.
From intricate plated desserts for the Michelin-starred restaurant to beautifully executed afternoon tea treats and seasonal pâtisserie for the lounge, this is a position that demands creativity, structure, and absolute consistency.

- £75,000 per annum plus £10,000 service charge

Responsibilities as the Head Pastry Chef…
- Curating and executing Michelin-standard desserts, elegant afternoon tea pastries, and premium baked goods
- Overseeing all pastry operations across the hotel, maintaining exceptional quality and presentation
- Driving leadership, structure, and morale within the pastry team
- Investing in the growth and development of junior chefs through hands-on mentoring and guidance
We’re looking for someone with strong fine dining experience and a solid understanding of high-end afternoon tea. You must balance artistic flair with operational discipline and lead your team with confidence.
