Responsibilities as the Head of Beverage…
- Taking full ownership of the bar operation, managing drinks selection, service, stock control, and GP performance
- Designing and updating innovative beverage menus, staying ahead of market trends and catering to guest preferences
- Overseeing bar administration, including pricing, ordering, and maintaining accurate records
- Leading by example, championing exceptional service standards while coaching and developing the bar and sommelier team
- Ensuring bar areas and equipment are impeccably maintained and managing team rotas, holidays, and performance reviews effectively
