This is not your typical restaurant kitchen. Think elegant events, chef’s table experiences, and bespoke menus designed around each occasion, all delivered in a setting that blends relaxed luxury with exceptional attention to detail.

- £45,000 per annum
- Working 45 hours per week
- A genuine mix of daytime and evening shifts
- Creative freedom to shape seasonal, bespoke menus
- Work within a close-knit team of 4 chefs
Responsibilities as the Head Chef…
- Leading a small, passionate brigade delivering high-quality food for a variety of events and experiences
- Designing and delivering seasonal, produce-led menus
- Leading service for up to 150 covers
- Bringing creativity to both plated dining and more relaxed, sharing-style concepts
- Managing, mentoring, and developing your team
What we’re looking for:
- A proven Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up
- Experience in high-quality, fresh food kitchens
- A creative, ideas-driven approach to menu development
- Someone who thrives in a bespoke, events-led environment
- Strong leadership skills with a calm, organised approach
