They are now seeking a Head Chef to lead a brigade of 35 chefs/KPs and shape the culinary identity of this renowned estate, with full creative autonomy.

- £45,000 per annum plus up to £400 per month in service charge

Responsibilities as the Head Chef…
- Overseeing all kitchens across the estate’s restaurants, bars and events, ensuring consistency and excellence
- Designing and delivering seasonal, produce-led menus with a clear culinary identity
- Leading, motivating and developing a team of around 35, fostering high standards and a positive culture
- Collaborating with senior management to enhance the guest experience and support commercial goals
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Have proven experience within 5-star hotels or luxury hospitality
- Are a strong, hands-on leader who can inspire, coach and hold standards
- Bring multi-outlet experience and thrive in a busy, quality-driven environment
- Are confident in taking full ownership of menu direction and innovation
- Are either an accomplished Head Chef or a Senior Sous Chef ready to step up
