They are now looking for an experienced and motivated Head Chef to lead the kitchen operation and deliver consistently high-quality food in a fresh, produce-driven environment.
This is a full-time, permanent position with sociable daytime hours, making it a great opportunity for a Head Chef seeking improved work-life balance without compromising on quality.

- £40,000 to £42,000 per annum (DOE)
- Working daytime hours only, 5 out of 7 days, 7am to 4pm

Responsibilities as the Head Chef…
- Leading and motivating the kitchen team to deliver consistent, high-quality food
- Creating and developing menus that showcase seasonal and homegrown produce
- Ensuring excellent standards of food safety, hygiene and allergen compliance
- Managing rotas, stock control, ordering and kitchen organisation
- Supporting food delivery for events and busy service periods
