We’re delighted to continue our collaboration with a family-run group of gastro pubs in the heart of the Cotswolds. Nestled in a picturesque village, they’re searching for a Head Chef to lead their talented kitchen team of five in crafting a menu that prioritises bold flavours and fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Working alongside an exceptional Executive Chef, you’ll help create a range of traditional pub classics as well as more adventurous dishes to delight diners.
You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as the Head Chef…
- £40,000 per annum plus £4,000 to £6,000 service charge
- Accommodation available – A shared 2-bedroom cottage, just a 5-minute walk from the site

Responsibilities as the Head Chef…
- Leading, motivating and inspiring their kitchen brigade of 5
- Carefully curating new and original menu items
- Creating delicious and seasonal dishes using fresh ingredients
- Motivating the kitchen team to deliver consistently high-quality dishes
